Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, seeks an AI Trainer for Latvian to help shape the future of AI. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage subject-matter expertise while developing AI skills. The AI Trainer will play a crucial role in training AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of Latvian content generated by AI. This freelance position offers flexible scheduling, allowing individuals to create their own working hours depending on project length.

The Role Involves:

• Evaluating AI-generated writing based on rubrics assessing factuality, completeness, brevity, and grammatical correctness.
• Reviewing the work of other human writers.
• Producing top-tier original content in response to prompts.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Native-level proficiency in Latvian.
• Fluent in English.
• Possess a strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
• Have a critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Professional writing experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts
