AI Trainer for Lithuanian Writers/Speakers (Freelance, Remote)

Job Description

This is a freelance AI Trainer position at Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, a leading data-centric AI platform. The role focuses on shaping the future of AI in Lithuanian by training AI models and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content. The candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing AI in Lithuanian, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating AI-generated writing based on rubrics.
• Reviewing the work of other human writers.
• Producing top-tier original content in response to prompts.

Requirements include:

• Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Native-level proficiency in Lithuanian.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong writing skills with excellent English grammar.
• A critical eye and the ability to articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
