Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, is seeking an AI Trainer for Malayalam. In this role, the individual will help shape the future of AI by training AI models and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of Malayalam content. This freelance position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to develop AI skills. The AI Trainer will be responsible for:

• Evaluating AI-generated writing based on rubrics.
• Reviewing the work of other human writers.
• Producing original content in response to prompts.
• Setting up own schedule.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Enrolment or completion of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Native-level proficiency in Malayalam.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong writing skills.
• A critical eye for text analysis.
• Interest in AI and machine learning.
