AI Trainer for Mandarin Writers/Speakers (Freelance, Remote)

Job Description

Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, is seeking an AI Trainer for Mandarin to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI in Mandarin by training AI models and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content.

In this role, the AI Trainer will:

• Evaluate AI-generated writing based on rubrics.
• Review the work of other human writers.
• Produce top-tier original content in response to prompts.
• Create their own working hours depending on project length.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Possess native-level proficiency in Mandarin.
• Be fluent in English.
• Possess a strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
• Have a critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Have an interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
