Job Description

Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, is seeking an AI Trainer for Polish writers/speakers. This is a freelance, remote role where the individual will help shape the future of AI in Polish. He/she will play a pivotal role in training AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of Polish content generated by AI.

Role Involves:

• Evaluating AI-generated writing based on rubrics.
• Reviewing the work of other human writers.
• Producing top-tier original content in response to prompts.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Native-level proficiency in Polish.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
• Critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
