Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, is seeking an AI Trainer for Swedish writers/speakers. In this freelance, remote role, the individual will shape the future of AI by training AI models and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated Swedish content. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to develop AI skills. Alignerr's customers are in varied industries including insurance, retail, and healthcare.

The role involves:

• Evaluating AI-generated writing based on rubrics.
• Reviewing the work of other human writers.
• Producing original content in response to prompts.

Requirements:

• Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Native-level proficiency in Swedish.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
• Critical eye and the ability to articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
