Job Description

Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, is seeking an AI Trainer for Thai to join their community of subject matter experts. This role involves aligning AI models by creating high-quality data to build the future of Generative AI. The AI Trainer will play a key role in training AI models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of Thai content generated by AI.

The position is remote and offers flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate will have native-level proficiency in Thai, fluency in English, and a strong writing style.

The AI Trainer's role involves:

• Evaluating AI-generated writing based on rubrics.
• Reviewing the work of other human writers.
• Producing top-tier original content in response to prompts.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Native-level proficiency in Thai.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
• Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
