Alignerr.com, operated by Labelbox, seeks an AI Trainer with advanced video game skills to enhance robotic systems using state-of-the-art models. The candidate will play a vital role in improving robotic systems through data collection and behavior refinement, applying in-game abilities to solve real-world problems and advance robotics technologies.Role involves:

• Ensuring successful robotic system operation via teleoperation.
• Continuous operation of robotic systems to identify bugs and generate data.
• Operating robots with advanced controls (joysticks, VR, FPV) to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Following equipment and robot maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

• Advanced gaming experience (strategy, hand-eye coordination, problem-solving, spatial awareness).
• Familiarity with teleoperation systems (joystick, VR, FPV is a plus).
• Interest in robotics and AI.
• Critical thinking & adaptability.
• Attention to detail.
