Job Description
Alignerr, operated by Labelbox, is seeking a Telerobotics Operator to help advance general-purpose robotics in San Francisco. The Telerobotics Operator will teach robots new behaviors and refine robotic behaviors over time.

The role involves:
- Operating robots in diverse, dynamic settings.
- Collecting critical data to improve AI systems..
- Refining robotic behaviors over time.
- Testing real-world use cases.
- Troubleshooting performance issues.
- Ensuring safe and reliable operation.
- Operating teleoperation equipment as needed to guide the robot through specific behaviors.
- Following proper equipment and robot maintenance procedures, including setup and operation.
The ideal candidate has:
- A strong sense of ownership in ensuring that general purpose robots function properly.
- Teleoperation experience is a plus – Familiarity with operating remote-controlled fleets, drones, or robotic systems in manufacturing or industrial settings is beneficial for ensuring efficient and precise control in dynamic environments.
- Attention to detail – Precision and focus when operating robots to ensure accurate data collection, task execution, and system performance.
