Job Description
The NFL Media Design Group is seeking a talented Brand Designer to elevate brand identity systems. The designer will be responsible for designing and developing captivating cross-platform design systems and maintaining current identity systems. This role involves refining the current brand to create a more cohesive visual identity across multiple touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and animate content for various groups serviced by NFL Media Design Group.
  • Work on both long-term projects and short-turnaround deadlines.
  • Design brand identity systems and provide feedback to refine current systems.
  • Drive brand consistency across digital, broadcast, and print platforms.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and content teams to develop cohesive presentations and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for creative brainstorming and conceptual design exploration.
  • Develop custom designs and animations from style guides and existing graphics packages.
  • Adhere to communicated file naming conventions and shared organizational guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in the design-animation field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Figma.
  • Ability to accommodate non-standard work hours, holidays, and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A working knowledge of UI design is a plus.
  • A working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or C4D is a plus.
