Ogilvy Health is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary point of contact, collaborating with Account Management leaders and overseeing projects from start to finish. The Account Manager will proactively manage initiatives, assist the Account team in meeting client expectations, and serve as a trusted advisor. This role involves building relationships with Ogilvy Health's resources and capabilities.
- Supporting Senior Account Managers and Account Supervisors
- Ensuring high-quality communication products are delivered on time and within budget
- Leading client status updates and managing day-to-day relationships
- Developing project briefs and coordinating project efforts
- Reviewing copy decks and artwork, providing input in accordance with client and regulatory requirements
- Understanding Canadian regulatory bodies (PAAB/ASC/Health Canada)
- Managing day-to-day account activities and preparing proposals
- Ensuring financial follow-up and billing requests
- Guiding the growth of Account Executives and Coordinators
- 2-3+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare account management experience
- Outstanding organization and prioritization skills
- Working knowledge of all media (print, TV, radio, digital)
- PAAB and ASC understanding and basic negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and willing to stay up to date
- Financial Management abilities
- Interest in science/health and marketing
