Solaris is seeking a Senior FP&A Specialist to join their team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting and cost management, financial modeling and planning, performance monitoring and reporting, operational oversight, internal controls and compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. This role involves working closely with various departments to provide financial guidance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
The Senior FP&A Specialist will collaborate with the People & Organisation department to monitor workforce development and manage compensation expenses. They will track and manage the budget against actuals, conducting monthly and ad-hoc performance reviews.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in financial institutions, banking, or fintech
- Experience in business planning, controlling, strategy consulting, or finance
- Educational background in Economics, Finance, Business, or similar fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional fluency in English
- German language proficiency is beneficial
