Solaris, a tech company with a full German banking license, is seeking an Outsourcing Governance Manager. The role involves managing Solaris’ cross functional Third Party Risk Assessment Process and related internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure a MaRisk-Compliant & Audit-Prove assessment of third-party risks is in place.

The Outsourcing Governance Manager will track and monitor the status of third-party risk assessments, manage stakeholders, and liaise with the Central Outsourcing Management function. They will also support the management of internal and external audit requests and establish exit & termination scenarios.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Solaris’ cross functional Third Party Risk Assessment Process
  • Track and monitor the status of Solaris’ third party risk assessments
  • Liaise closely with the Central Outsourcing Management function
  • Support in the management of internal and external audit request
  • Support the correctness & completeness of the outsourcing reporting to the regulator.

Requirements:

  • Min 5 years of relevant work experience in the area of Risk-, Third Party or Contract Management
  • Knowledge of MaRisk, EBA Outsourcing Guideline & DORA is a huge plus
  • University degree or Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Finance preferred or a comparable field of study
  • Fluency in English is strictly required
  • German language knowledge is a big plus
  • Good stakeholder communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Strong Project Management skills
