Solaris is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to drive revenue growth and strategic expansion within a portfolio of key partners. This role requires a blend of commercial execution and strategic account leadership, with a deep understanding of banking infrastructure and regulated environments. The Senior Partner Manager will be the primary commercial representative of Solaris, acting as a cross-functional leader internally.

The role involves:

  • Revenue ownership and growth delivery
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on regulated product offerings
  • Identifying and developing upsell opportunities
  • Leading structured account planning cycles
  • Defining success metrics and performance tracking
  • Using data insights to steer partner health
  • Ensuring partner satisfaction and retention
  • Ensuring partner compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Leading internal coordination

Requirements include:

  • 7+ years of experience in account management or commercial experience in financial services
  • Strong understanding of regulated banking products
  • Ability to lead complex commercial relationships
  • Proficiency in KPI tracking and data analysis
  • Experience in account planning and solution-based selling
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
