Job Description
Solaris is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to drive revenue growth and strategic expansion within a portfolio of key partners. This role requires a deep understanding of banking infrastructure, embedded finance models, and regulated environments. The Senior Partner Manager will be the primary commercial representative of Solaris towards its partners and act as a cross-functional leader internally.
Role Involves:
- Taking commercial ownership of a portfolio of strategic partners.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to partners on Solaris's regulated product offerings.
- Identifying and developing upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Leading structured account planning cycles.
- Defining success metrics and tracking performance.
- Using data insights to steer partner health and commercial decisions.
- Ensuring partner satisfaction and retention.
- Ensuring partners stay compliant with Solaris’ outsourcing, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Leading internal coordination of commercial, legal, product, and operational discussions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, partner management, or commercial experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or embedded finance.
- Strong understanding of regulated banking products and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex commercial relationships.
- Proficient in KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Experienced in account planning, solution-based selling, and joint business planning.
- Confident working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with sense of ownership and accountability.
- Adept at navigating ambiguity.
