The role involves:
- Being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Managing customer interactions and responding to digital signals.
- Monitoring data to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities.
- Understanding customer business objectives and challenges.
- Driving customer adoption of the platform.
- Conducting regular business reviews.
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive account expansion and renewals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer data.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
