The Customer Success Manager role at Client involves driving customer adoption, retention, and growth. The individual will serve as a trusted advisor and help customers maximize the value of the client’s platform. This role requires collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional results.

The role involves:
  • Being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Managing customer interactions and responding to digital signals.
  • Monitoring data to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities.
  • Understanding customer business objectives and challenges.
  • Driving customer adoption of the platform.
  • Conducting regular business reviews.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive account expansion and renewals.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer data.
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
