Job Description
Trust Automation is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to assemble electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical parts, components, and final products. The Manufacturing Assembler ensures products are produced according to established customer and quality requirements and maintains records of the assembly process, progress, and problems. The position is divided into three classifications: Manufacturing Assembler 1, 2, and 3, with compensation based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Assembling products using guidelines, instructions, and documentation.
- Working with small hand tools and measuring devices.
- Connecting wires using soldering procedures.
- Performing online go-not-go testing and inspection.
- Reporting and investigating assembly problems.
- Collaborating with other departments.
- Documenting work in the ERP system.
- High School diploma/GED required, Associate degree preferred.
- Experience with precision mechanical assembly.
- Knowledge of proper soldering techniques and ESD prevention.
- Ability to read schematics and complex drawings.
- Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools and measuring tools.
- Proficiency with electronic test equipment desired.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
