Job Description
Trust Automation is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead product lifecycle management during Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) and Released phases of manufacturing. The MPM will serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for external and internal communications, overseeing changes to parts and processes for product realization. This role involves autonomous decision-making regarding throughput strategies within Operations, requiring collaboration with all Trust departments to improve On-Time-Delivery and Quality metrics.
Responsibilities: - Transition products from Prototype to LRIP and Released phases
- Implement and improve process development guidelines
- Serve as Operations' representative, ensuring alignment with departmental leadership
- Monitor and prioritize product issues and changes
- Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for solution pathways
- Monitor non-conformance statistics and develop corrective solutions
- Coordinate resource sharing and manage preventative maintenance activities
- Perform critical project work and ensure safety guidelines are met
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment
- Leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SolidWorks
