Job Description

Trust Automation is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Quality Assurance (QA) team. The Quality Assurance Supervisor will ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards. The role focuses on managing the quality system, driving continuous improvement, overseeing quality inspections, and ensuring that all products and processes meet customer and regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Supervisor will also provide leadership to the QA team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain high-quality standards.

The role involves:

  • Ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Conducting process audits.
  • Driving continuous improvement.
  • Managing non-conformance.
  • Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
  • Training and Development.
  • Documentation and Data Reporting.
  • Customer Quality Interface.
  • Leadership and Team Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years of experience in a similar industry and 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role or 5+ years of experience in a similar industry and 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100D, ISO 9001, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with quality management software and tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D).
  • Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are a plus
