Job Description
Trust Automation is seeking a Vice President of Sales Operations and Strategy to leverage their Commercial and DoD brands. The VP will mentor the sales and marketing team, develop strategies, identify new products, and conduct global market research. The role involves managing direct and indirect sales teams, generating opportunities, and managing customer expectations. The VP will communicate revenue changes and collaborate with various departments to balance needs and capabilities.
Role involves:
- Creating and executing strategic plans for sales and marketing teams.
- Analyzing business tactics, performance data, and market research.
- Developing sales strategies based on regional and global market research.
- Maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Leading the sales team to meet sales goals.
- Preparing regular sales reports and monitoring the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in financial terminology and analysis.
- Experience in establishing and executing sales and marketing budgets.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant area required; MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of marketing and sales experience.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth within the Department of Defense and/or Federal government sectors (preferred).
