Outreach - Senior Associate at Capstone

Capstone is seeking a highly professional and qualified Senior Associate to creatively contribute to its outreach team in London. The Senior Associate will be responsible for helping build, develop, and maintain Capstone’s expert network for industry experts, C-Suite executives, members of Government and more. Candidate will act as Capstone’s official liaison with high-level contacts and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as Capstone’s official liaison with C-Suite executives, Governmental offices, associations, and more
• Partnering with content strategy to support Capstone’s marketing efforts
• Supporting research team with outreach to experts, including searching and/or recruiting appropriate experts
• Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support private equity outreach goals

Requirements:

• Two to five years of relevant experience
• Excellent time-management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong research skills
• Strong client servicing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
• Adaptability and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement
• Eligibility to work in the UK without employer sponsorship
• Additional language fluency in French, German or Spanish preferred
