Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Enterpret is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance its AI-native platform, which helps businesses understand and leverage customer feedback. The company's goal is to centralize feedback from multiple sources, and deliver actionable insights to their users. The Senior Product Designer will be instrumental in shaping the user experience for this customer-centric operating system.

The Senior Product Designer will work to improve key user journeys related to customer feedback and help Product Managers consolidate customer feedback, derive actionable insights and drive product strategy.

Role Involves:

• Continuously improving user journeys for customer feedback management.
• Communicating with customers to advocate for their needs.
• Designing and prototyping AI-assisted customer knowledge graph interfaces.
• Validating design improvements through customer feedback and usability testing.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in building B2B SaaS applications.
• A strong technical background to translate engineering concepts into user experiences.
• Experience with user research and customer relationship building.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Obsessive curiosity and a bias towards action.
