Fluxon is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to drive end-to-end product delivery. The candidate will partner with clients, define product requirements, and support a healthy engineering culture.
The Staff Software Engineer at Fluxon will be responsible for:
- Guiding project delivery to the user, leading projects, building and iterating.
- Partnering with clients to understand their needs and achieve business goals.
- Defining product requirements, identifying system designs, and planning development.
- Supporting the development of a healthy and effective engineering culture.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development
- Experience leading development through the full product lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, release management, deployment, monitoring and incident response.
- Fluent in the design and implementation of scalable system architectures, data structures and algorithms, and effective development practices
