Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead its B2B and DTC marketing efforts. The Director will manage a marketing team and vendor relationships, aligning marketing strategies with the company's growth objectives. He/She will be responsible for end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, performance measurement, and optimization of the marketing technology stack.
Role Involves:
- Developing and executing B2B and DTC marketing strategies.
- Leading marketing campaigns and ensuring coordination across teams.
- Leveraging data analytics to monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Optimizing Salesforce and other marketing technologies.
- Guiding brand strategy and ensuring compelling messaging.
- Partnering with internal teams (Sales, Technology, Product).
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Managing relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the marketing communications team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of marketing experience with successful campaign management and leadership.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience; insurance/financial services/Insurtech preferred.
- Strategic thinking and ability to execute complex marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing technologies (Salesforce, Google Analytics).
