Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead its B2B and DTC marketing efforts. The Director will manage a marketing team and vendor relationships, aligning marketing strategies with the company's growth objectives. He/She will be responsible for end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, performance measurement, and optimization of the marketing technology stack.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and executing B2B and DTC marketing strategies.
  • Leading marketing campaigns and ensuring coordination across teams.
  • Leveraging data analytics to monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimizing Salesforce and other marketing technologies.
  • Guiding brand strategy and ensuring compelling messaging.
  • Partnering with internal teams (Sales, Technology, Product).
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the marketing communications team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with successful campaign management and leadership.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience; insurance/financial services/Insurtech preferred.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to execute complex marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing technologies (Salesforce, Google Analytics).
