Job Description

Enterpret is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CTO & Founder. The role involves maximizing the CTO's effectiveness and ensuring the smooth execution of key priorities. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, ensuring clear communication, driving operational efficiency, and managing high-impact projects. This role requires initiative, strategic thinking, and operational rigor. The individual will have the opportunity to take ownership of initiatives vital to Enterpret’s success.

Role Involves:

  • Managing the CTO’s calendar, priorities, and communications.
  • Handling travel planning, logistics, and administrative support.
  • Assisting in strategic projects and tracking key initiatives.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and improving workflows.
  • Overseeing OKRs and key deliverables tracking.
  • Acting as a liaison between the CTO and stakeholders.
  • Drafting and refining communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Managing office operations and vendor relationships.
  • Organizing company events and meetings.
  • Handling ad hoc challenges and driving follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in an EA, Chief of Staff, or operational role.
  • Proven track record of driving key initiatives independently.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
