Job Description

Enterpret is looking for a Head of Sales to lead and scale their sales organization. The Head of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and shaping Enterpret's go-to-market strategy. This role reports directly to the founders.

Role Involves:

  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team, driving aggressive growth targets.
  • Developing and refining scalable sales strategies and playbooks for customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Owning and optimizing the entire sales process, from pipeline generation to deal closing.
  • Aligning sales with marketing, customer success, and product teams for cohesive execution.
  • Driving sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking to ensure predictable growth.
  • Exploring new markets and refining pricing and packaging strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of sales management experience, with significant time at early-stage startups.
  • Proven success in scaling a sales org from Series A to Series C or similar growth phases.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS sales or comparable B2B solutions.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
