Enterpret is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their team in New York City. The company is focused on unlocking the value of customer feedback for businesses through its AI-native application.

The Senior Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding Enterpret's customer base. This role involves understanding and selling technical products related to machine learning and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Enterpret's customer feedback analytics product and its value proposition.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, including prospecting, qualification, and closing deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by providing feedback and recommendations for improvement to the product team.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B software sales.
  • Ability to understand and sell technical products.
  • Experience selling to folks in product and growth (plus point).
  • Experience selling as one of the first sellers.
