Mid Level, PHP Developer at INGENIOUS.BUILD

INGENIOUS.BUILD is seeking a Mid PHP Developer to join their remote team in Poland. The company has developed a platform for companies in the real estate and construction industries to manage projects. The Mid PHP Developer will be building the first cloud application for managing the entire lifecycle of a real estate construction project. The role involves shaping solutions, understanding the 'why' behind the work, and collaborating across functions.

Role involves:

• Using software like PHP 8.3, Laravel 11, and PostgreSQL
• Improving the codebase, reducing legacy code, adding tests, and keeping things up-to-date
• Structuring business logic in clear PHP classes, separate from the framework
• Maintaining strong boundaries and modularity using facades, adapters, or events

Requirements:

• Communicative English (B2 level)
• Experience building scalable applications with large-scale systems like CRM, CMS, or ERP
• Proficiency in PHP 8.1+ and modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as PHPUnit
