Global Procurement Associate at One Acre Fund - Global

One Acre Fund is seeking a Global Procurement Associate to manage local procurement operations and teams across four country programs (Burundi, Uganda, Zambia, and Malawi). The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing quality goods and services at below-market prices, contributing to cost savings and client satisfaction. This role involves managing a team of 15+ people and reporting to the Global Non-Ag Procurement Manager. The Global Procurement Associate will lead local initiatives to efficiently source operational goods and services to drive operational excellence. One Acre Fund is looking for an enthusiastic individual eager to contribute to operational excellence and strategic projects.

Role involves:
• Managing procurement teams in multiple countries
• Strategic sourcing of goods and services
• Driving cost-saving initiatives
• Performance reporting, demand forecasting, and inventory management

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years experience in supply chain or a related field
• Project management skills
• Experience managing operations of medium to high complexity
• 3+ years of managing medium to large teams
• Demonstrated skills in data analysis for business decision-making
• English (required), French (strongly preferred)
• Willingness to travel within our countries of operation
