Pagaya is seeking an Investor Relations Operations Associate to join its Client Advisory department in Tel Aviv. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external parties to maintain strong client relations. Responsibilities include providing back-office support, maintaining accounts to achieve business objectives, tracking sales opportunities, working with investors, wealth managers, and banks, and using Salesforce daily to ensure data accuracy.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations in a B2B sales organization with experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems. The candidate should have strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
