BI Engineer at Pagaya Israel

Pagaya is seeking a BI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain its business intelligence systems and solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming business requirements into actionable insights for multiple organizational stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to build insightful data solutions in a rich data environment using modern big data technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Transform business requirements into BI solutions.
• Build end-to-end data flows and data enrichment processes.
• Create dashboards based on best practices and support users.
• Become a focal point for data-related matters.
• Monitor and tune BI systems for optimal performance.
• Support and train end-users to maximize the effectiveness of BI solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a BI Engineer or similar.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Proficient in DWH methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with ETL/ELT Solutions (e.g., DBT, Airflow, Riveri).
• Great analysis and communication skills.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Independent and self-motivated.
