Fund Controller at Pagaya Israel

Pagaya is seeking a Fund Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of its funds. This role involves preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports, reconciling data sets, addressing accounting issues, and ensuring compliance. The Fund Controller will also analyze fund performance, provide actionable insights, and prepare ad-hoc data analysis using SQL and other tools. They will handle cash flow planning, portfolio analysis, and performance tracking to optimize fund performance.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports.
• Reconciling multiple data sets and addressing accounting issues.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Analyzing and managing the performance of Pagaya’s funds.
• Preparing ad-hoc data analysis and reports using SQL.
• Managing cash flow planning, portfolio analysis, and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• CPA with Big 4 experience.
• Experience analyzing and delivering materials at a high level.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
