Pagaya is seeking a Senior Partner Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding of new financial partners onto Pagaya’s platform. This role is crucial for driving Pagaya’s growth by managing the end-to-end process of establishing and expanding partnerships with various financial institutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both high-level strategic discussions and technical workshops.Role involves:
- Working with business stakeholders to improve partner conversion rates.
- Overseeing the onboarding process and coordinating internal stakeholders.
- Optimizing processes related to new partner onboarding.
- Articulating product offerings and technical requirements to partners.
- Cultivating strong relationships with partner teams.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Research, Product, Operations, and Engineering).
- Developing insights into product integration within partner ecosystems.
- Leading the analysis of partner data to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in technical account management or program management.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with API monitoring tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, OpenAPI).
- Familiarity with data file formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and secure file transfer protocols.
- Strong ability to translate client needs into solutions.
- Experience in creating business case studies and presentations.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience working with large US-based enterprises (advantage).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Team player with proven technical acumen.
- Ability to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Flexibility to handle partner escalations outside normal business hours.
