Senior Technical Product Manager at Pagaya Israel

Pagaya is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join their team in Tel Aviv. The candidate will be responsible for platform product management ownership, including product discovery, PRD creation, communication, and execution. The Senior Technical Product Manager will work closely with engineering, research, analysts, and partners teams to drive the roadmap, development, and delivery of platform solutions that support the organization’s initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, product strategy and roadmap for Pagaya platform, aligning it with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Lead the development and delivery of Pagaya underwriting infrastructure solutions, working closely with engineering teams, ensuring the timely execution of projects and adherence to quality standards.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of infrastructure solutions, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on the progress of projects, addressing their concerns, and managing expectations.

Requirements:

• At list 3 years experience as technical product management.
• Software Engineering background.
• Experience with API, cloud services, CI/CD technologies and infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross- functional teams, collaborate effectively, and drive consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
