Job Description

Arcesium is seeking a talented and motivated Solutions Architect to join its Technology team. The role involves executing cross-cutting solutions that integrate and scale the Arcesium technology platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for critical initiatives that support Arcesium's strategic goals and growth.He/She will understand the capabilities of the company's technology platform and design and implement solutions that will help integrate the platform and unlock scale. They will set up a collaboration framework for internal teams, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and work with senior management to prepare annual R&D programs. They will also manage risks, recommend process improvements, communicate with stakeholders, and mentor peers.

Requirements:

• A formal degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 7-10 years of experience
• Good understanding of distributed systems architecture, cloud development, API integrations and DevOps philosophy
• Programming experience in Python/Java or any similar programming language
• Good understanding of working with distributed teams using Agile and Kanban
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Proficiency in using Project Management and Communication tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
• The ability to be self-motivated and a team player
