Arcesium is seeking a Business Development Lead to drive growth by establishing strategic partnerships with leading private market investors. This role requires a strategic thinker with industry knowledge and a track record in closing high-value deals.He or she will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing business development strategies.
- Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships.
- Staying updated on private market trends.
- Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers.
- Leading the deal process from start to finish.
- Collaborating with internal teams.
- Representing Arcesium at industry events.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales within the financial services industry.
- A proven track record of closing large-scale.
- Exceptional negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
- Deep understanding of the private markets ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess the financial and strategic impact of potential deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
