Arcesium is seeking a Business Development Lead to drive growth by establishing strategic partnerships with leading private market investors. This role requires a strategic thinker with industry knowledge and a track record in closing high-value deals.He or she will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships.
  • Staying updated on private market trends.
  • Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Leading the deal process from start to finish.
  • Collaborating with internal teams.
  • Representing Arcesium at industry events.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales within the financial services industry.
  • A proven track record of closing large-scale.
  • Exceptional negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the private markets ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess the financial and strategic impact of potential deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
