Arcesium is seeking a Specialist - Administration to join their team in Hyderabad. Arcesium is a global financial technology firm that solves complex data-driven challenges for financial institutions. The administration team supports business units with essential facility services, focusing on collaboration and precision.This role involves:
  • Greeting clients and visitors and assisting them.
  • Answering and routing telephone calls professionally.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean reception area.
  • Documenting and communicating actions and irregularities.
  • Responding to requests related to Food and Beverage (F&B).
  • Organizing travel-related queries.
  • Reviewing, revising, and documenting processes and SOPs.
Requirements include:
  • 3-7 years of experience in the F&B industry in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Telephone handling skills.
  • Sound knowledge of food vendors near the office.
  • Vendor interaction and negotiation skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good time management skills.
