Arcesium is seeking a Specialist - Administration to join their team in Hyderabad. Arcesium is a global financial technology firm that solves complex data-driven challenges for financial institutions. The administration team supports business units with essential facility services, focusing on collaboration and precision.This role involves:
- Greeting clients and visitors and assisting them.
- Answering and routing telephone calls professionally.
- Maintaining a safe and clean reception area.
- Documenting and communicating actions and irregularities.
- Responding to requests related to Food and Beverage (F&B).
- Organizing travel-related queries.
- Reviewing, revising, and documenting processes and SOPs.
Requirements include:
- 3-7 years of experience in the F&B industry in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Telephone handling skills.
- Sound knowledge of food vendors near the office.
- Vendor interaction and negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Good time management skills.
