Lead Front End Engineer at Arcesium LLC

Arcesium is seeking a Lead Front End Engineer to join their Technology team in Lisbon. This role involves building complex next-generation software and architecting solutions for new technical and business initiatives. The candidate will collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to build scalable and intuitive solutions.Responsibilities include:

• Designing and building efficient and reusable User Interfaces for Web Applications
• Identifying cutting-edge front-end technologies and driving their adoption
• Collaborating to build scalable and intuitive solutions for Complex User Flows
• Identifying and resolving Performance and Scalability Issues

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
• Proficiency in ES6 TypeScript versions of Javascript and React
• Proficiency in state management frameworks like Redux, MobX
• Hands-on experience in tuning and enhancing front-end Performance
• Expertise in building Enterprise-grade front-end systems for complex User flows
• Proficiency in building tools like WebPack, Babel
• Functional experience of building and/or consuming APIs
• Deep problem-solving ability and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or, an equivalent course)
• Have a valid working permit to work in the country
