Vice President – Senior Principal Engineer (Return to India)

Job Description

Arcesium is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to join its Technology team. This role is based in Arcesium's India offices (Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Gurugram) and focuses on building complex software and architecting solutions.

Role Involves:

• Contributing to the technology vision of the firm.
• Creating and reviewing architectural decisions of products.
• Driving technology innovation.
• Engaging with the tech community.
• Establishing guiding policies and processes.
• Building frameworks and libraries.
• Leading the development of sophisticated products on a cloud platform.
• Providing leadership and mentoring to senior engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 14+ years of experience in IT.
• Deep understanding in one of the programming languages
• Good understanding of architectural principles & patterns.
• Exposure to cloud service providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience in preparing business proposals.
• Hands-on experience with open-source evaluation and prototyping.
• Strong engineering and operational excellence.
• Experience delivering products with low/no touch support.
• Experience troubleshooting scalability challenges.
• Experience guiding highly skilled engineers.
• Ability to oversee multiple technology initiatives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
