The company is seeking a Security Risk Coordinator. This person will be responsible for managing business risks by periodically evaluating ecosystem performance, analyzing results, and supporting work plan execution. They will also provide business advice by supporting problem evaluation, offering opinions on the competitive environment and strategic priorities, proposing ideas, and ensuring coordination with the SPIN ecosystem.

The role involves:

• Identifying, evaluating, and classifying cyber risks specific to the banking sector.
• Conducting periodic risk assessments of banking applications, payment platforms, and account management systems.
• Collaborating with IT and audit teams to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Developing and maintaining metrics and dashboards to assess cyber risk status.
• Using quantitative and qualitative risk models to prioritize and mitigate risks.
• Proposing and assisting in implementing cyber risk mitigation measures.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of existing security solutions and proposing improvements.
• Participating in the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity frameworks.

Requirements:

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, cybersecurity, IT audit, or IT governance.
• Team leadership in risk management projects or security policy implementation.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to the fintech sector in Mexico (Ley Fintech, CNBV, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
• Skills in IT risk management, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and security auditing.
• Familiarity with security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, and DLP.
• Leadership, effective communication, analytical thinking, project management, and adaptability.
