Spin, a FEMSA business unit, is seeking a Tech & Data Ops Enablement Lead. This role is pivotal in enriching and simplifying the lives of people through financial and digital solutions. It requires a deep understanding of technologies, tech stacks, and tech culture.

The Tech & Data Ops Enablement Lead will be responsible for leading workforce planning, onboarding, learning, communications, and training initiatives exclusively for technology and data teams.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive workforce planning strategy.
  • Managing workforce planning and staffing tools.
  • Leading the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Designing and delivering learning and development programs.
  • Collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, and data teams to identify skill gaps.
  • Developing and managing internal communications strategies.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external training providers and industry experts.
  • Promoting an autonomous work culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or related field, with a focus on technology and data teams.
  • Strong understanding of technology stacks, software development, data management, and tech culture.
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, onboarding, and training program development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
  • Advanced English skills
