Spin is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead the strategic development and management of hybrid cloud infrastructure and network security operations (NetSecOps) teams. The Engineering Manager will ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that support the company’s financial services products. This role also oversees and mentors Infrastructure Engineering Managers while fostering a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The Infrastructure Engineering Manager will serve as a key evangelist for the organization’s CI/CD platform and will play a pivotal role in enabling autonomy for engineering and product teams. This position ensures all infrastructure solutions and tools align with business and product strategies, driving platform adoption to optimize development workflows and operational efficiency. The manager will also collaborate cross-functionally to align infrastructure initiatives with regulatory compliance, security standards, and the company's long-term vision.

Role involves:

  • Managing the hybrid infrastructure team to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure solutions.
  • Executing strategic roadmaps for hybrid infrastructure operations across AWS, Google Cloud, and on-premise systems.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance observability, monitoring, and incident response processes.
  • Collaborating with NetSecOps to implement robust network security practices.

Role requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience as a software engineer or in roles involving backend development, system design, and large-scale application management.
  • Proven track record of managing managers and senior engineers across infrastructure and network security domains.
  • Proficiency in both technical and business communication, with advanced English skills.
