Spin, FEMSA’s business unit, is seeking a Business Analyst to support the analysis and interpretation of data to drive business decision-making and improve organizational performance. The Business Analyst will assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as contribute to the development and implementation of analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in projects to enhance their business analysis skills and knowledge.Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Assist in documenting and mapping current and future business processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
- Assist in evaluating potential solutions or system enhancements.
- Assist in test case preparation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
- Provide support to project managers and senior business analysts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Promote an autonomous work culture.
- Serve as a Spin Culture Ambassador.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, project management, or related fields.
- Exposure to business analysis concepts, methodologies, and techniques.
- Understanding of basic business analysis concepts, methodologies, and techniques.
- Familiarity with the industry, including key terminology, business processes, and industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic analytical skills.
- Ability to document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Ability to identify and analyze business problems.
- Basic understanding of technology concepts and terminology.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools.
