Spin, FEMSA's business unit, is seeking a Business Analyst to contribute to the success of business initiatives within the organization. The Business Analyst will play a key role in translating business needs into technical requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the gathering, documentation, and analysis of business requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design solutions.
  • Manage business analysis activities within projects.
  • Perform quality assurance activities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback.
  • Develop training materials and documentation to support end-users.
  • Identify and assess risks associated with proposed solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Promote an autonomous work culture.
  • Serve as a Spin Culture Ambassador.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, information systems, computer science, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience working on projects across different phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business analysis concepts, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of the industry, including key business processes, terminology, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in solution design and modeling.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Experience with consumer loans monitoring (personal loans, credit cards)
  • Knowledge of CNBV-Banxico regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Strong assessment abilities to validate credit data quality, identify deviations and guarantee data consistency at a granular and aggregated level
