Spin, FEMSA's business unit, is seeking a Business Analyst to contribute to the success of business initiatives within the organization. The Business Analyst will play a key role in translating business needs into technical requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design solutions.
- Manage business analysis activities within projects.
- Perform quality assurance activities.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Develop training materials and documentation to support end-users.
- Identify and assess risks associated with proposed solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Promote an autonomous work culture.
- Serve as a Spin Culture Ambassador.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, information systems, computer science, economics, or a related field.
- Experience working on projects across different phases of the project lifecycle.
- Comprehensive understanding of business analysis concepts, methodologies, and techniques.
- Knowledge of the industry, including key business processes, terminology, and regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in solution design and modeling.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience with consumer loans monitoring (personal loans, credit cards)
- Knowledge of CNBV-Banxico regulatory requirements is a plus
- Strong assessment abilities to validate credit data quality, identify deviations and guarantee data consistency at a granular and aggregated level
