- Implementing Projects
- Driving the launch of new PCP and payer partnerships
- Building detailed project plans
- Collaborating across teams
- Partnering with clinical operations, product, technology, marketing, finance, compliance, people, and analytics teams
- Improving and Innovating
- Developing scalable tools, templates, and processes to make implementations more efficient and repeatable
- Tracking key metrics to measure success and refine our approach
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years of experience in healthcare consulting (behavioral health or primary care experience is a bonus!)
- Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different organizations and personalities
- Sharp analytical mind and quantitative skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
