IC4 - Sr Business Analyst at Spin Careers

Spin, FEMSA’s business unit, is seeking an IC4 - Senior Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will leverage analytical skills and business analysis knowledge to drive data-driven decision-making and contribute to the successful delivery of complex business initiatives.

The Senior Business Analyst will lead business analysis efforts, data analysis, process optimization and solution design that align with organizational goals. They will also mentor junior analysts, manage stakeholder relationships, and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the gathering, documentation, and analysis of complex business requirements.
• Conduct advanced data analysis.
• Identify and propose process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement solutions.
• Manage and coordinate business analysis activities within larger projects.
• Perform quality tasks, including validating requirements and conducting user acceptance testing.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and build consensus.
• Stay informed about industry trends.
• Promote an autonomous work culture.
• Serve as a Spin Culture Ambassador.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business analysis concepts, methodologies, and techniques.
• Proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Experience in solution design and modeling.
• Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
