Spin, a FEMSA business unit dedicated to enriching and simplifying lives through financial and digital solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst (IC4). The successful candidate will leverage their analytical skills and business analysis expertise to drive data-driven decision-making and contribute to complex business initiatives. This role involves leading advanced business analysis efforts, optimizing processes, and designing sophisticated solutions aligned with organizational goals. The Senior Business Analyst will also mentor junior analysts, manage stakeholder relationships, and support strategic initiatives. Role involves:
  • Gathering, documenting, and analyzing complex business requirements.
  • Conducting advanced data analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Proposing process improvements and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to design solutions.
  • Managing business analysis activities within larger projects.
  • Performing quality tasks, including validating requirements and conducting user acceptance testing.
  • Mentoring junior team members.
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and drive adoption of new solutions.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Promoting an autonomous work culture and serving as a Spin Culture Ambassador.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis concepts, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Reengineering.
  • Solid experience in solution design and modeling.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Experience with consumer loans monitoring (personal loans, credit cards)
  • Knowledge of CNBV-Banxico regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Strong assessment abilities to validate credit data quality, identify deviations and guarantee data consistency at a granular and aggregated level
