Spin, FEMSA's business unit, is seeking a Sr Data Tribe Lead. The role involves leading a business analytics team to deliver data-driven insights that drive strategic decision-making. The Business Analytics Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data analytics aligns with business goals.

Role involves:

• Leading and managing a business analytics team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
• Developing and executing the business analytics strategy to support organizational goals.
• Overseeing data collection, analysis, and interpretation to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Leading employee lifecycle of their team.
• Promoting an autonomous work culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in business analytics, with at least 2 years in leadership or management roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Advanced English proficiency.
