Spin is seeking a Staff Technical Architect to design and implement high-level solutions that align with the company's business goals and technical strategy. This role focuses on ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and applications, while providing strategic technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Architectural Strategy: Develop and drive the architectural strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
• Lead innovation initiatives, exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies and architectural patterns.
• Design and oversee the implementation of complex, high-impact architectural solutions that address critical business needs.
• Establish and enforce technical governance frameworks, ensuring consistency and quality across architectural practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.
• Ensure that architectural solutions are designed for scalability, reliability, and high performance, meeting both current and future demands.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that guide the evolution of the company's technology stack.
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks that support the organization's long-term goals and objectives.
• Provide mentorship and support to other architects and senior engineers, fostering their technical growth and development.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with architectural decisions and implementations.
• Implement and enforce robust security measures in architectural designs to protect systems and data.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of architectural processes.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing updates on architectural decisions, project status, and technical challenges.
• Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of architectural solutions, including diagrams, specifications, and guidelines.
• Ensure that architectural solutions comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Track and analyze performance metrics related to architectural solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development, system architecture, or related fields, with at least 5+ years in an architectural role.
• Deep understanding of architectural principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with architectural frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, and containerization technologies.
• Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
