DE C.V. is seeking an IC3 – Software Engineer Frontend to support frontend development and make significant technical decisions for project success. The Software Engineer will design and implement scalable and reusable frontend architectures, provide guidance and mentorship to team members, and collaborate with design and backend teams to ensure technical excellence and consistency in user interface implementation.

Role involves:

  • Designing and developing high-performance web applications.
  • Collaborating with the design and product teams.
  • Participating in code reviews.
  • Employing TDD development.
  • Contributing to technical decision-making.
  • Participating in the testing phase.
  • Developing, evolving, and maintaining websites.
  • Overseeing projects from conception to finished product.
  • Working with various teams through agile sprints.
  • Gathering and documenting requirements in JIRA stories.
  • Staying updated on web application development trends.
  • Writing, automating, executing, and documenting test cases.
  • Performing integration tests.
  • Testing product usability and accessibility.
  • Maintaining updated documentation.
  • Collaborating and mentoring team members.
  • Providing development estimates.
  • Developing tools and scripts to automate tasks.
  • Facilitating knowledge transfer.
  • Implementing version control systems.
  • Promoting an autonomous work culture.
  • Serving as a Spin Culture Ambassador.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in web development.
  • Proven experience in React and/or Next.js.
  • Knowledge of Angular, Bootstrap, SQL.
  • Knowledge and experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Understanding of design patterns, architecture, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with development tools like Postman, Firebase, GitHub, Visual Studio, Termius, Cypress.
  • Skills in TDD, ATDD, BDD.
  • Skills in consuming REST services, RESTful API.
  • Use of Git and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience in secure development (OWASP Dependency-Check).
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and knowledge in JavaScript, CSS, Typescript.
  • Knowledge in Python and Ruby.
  • Knowledge of databases: MySQL, Firebase, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Negotiation and conflict management.
  • Willingness to acquire knowledge in new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
