Spin is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to spearhead and enhance their user research efforts, aiding in the creation of relevant, intuitive, and evidence-based digital financial experiences. This role is crucial for deeply understanding users, providing actionable insights, and significantly contributing to the evolution of Spin's products, including payments, remittances, wallets, and cards. The ideal candidate will possess vision, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach.

Role involves:
  • Leading end-to-end research using mixed methods.
  • Designing and executing studies on user behaviors in financial services.
  • Collaborating with product, design, technology, and data teams.
  • Integrating data sources like Mixpanel and product metrics.
  • Mapping journeys and mental models.
  • Communicating findings clearly to different audiences.
  • Defining and monitoring user-centered experience metrics.
  • Mentoring junior researchers.
  • Proposing new research approaches.


Requirements:
  • 5 to 8 years of UX Research experience.
  • Expertise in mixed methods with a focus on quantitative analysis.
  • Knowledge of tools like Maze, Figma, Miro, Mixpanel, Advanced Excel, or SQL.
  • Background in consumer tech or digital products.
  • Familiarity with digital financial products.
  • Ability to think in systems and identify patterns.
  • Proactive attitude and intellectual curiosity.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
